Parcels are generally sent at the latest within 20 days of receipt of payment; they are sent through expressed courier ( it will put on in contact to arrange date and schedule of the delivery) and delivered to street level. The transport inside the building and the assemblage you/they are exclusively effected previous 
request in the moment of the order and they have an extra cost (communicated in base to the dimensions of the commodity) . 

The boxes are large enough and your articles are well protected.

When the carrier delivers, check the status of the goods in his presence (he can not refuse to wait) otherwise, in case of damage, the insurance will not reimburse the goods (with an electric screwdriver it takes a maximum of 5 minutes).

In the event that the packaging is obviously damaged or the product has suffered a concealed damage during transport, it will suffice to refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours of collection (possibly attaching photos of the damage): we will take over the management of the problem by sending a new product.
The courier will bring back the damaged goods that will be returned to us.


The payment of the goods takes place at the time of the confirmation of order with the possibility of choosing between Bank Transfer, Pay Pal or Credit Card.
