Our tables aren't kept in a warehouse: they're made to order, with production times of around 20-30 working days. That's the time needed to shape the top — Carrara, Marquina, or Emperador Dark marble, or laminate — and carefully fit it to the base.
Shipping built for furniture
Tables are shipped through a courier specialised in furniture and fragile goods, not a generic express carrier. Every table also travels with all-risk insurance, covering any damage that may occur in transit.
At delivery: what to do
This is the most delicate step, and it's worth following closely:
- open the package in the courier's presence and check the product is intact before signing the delivery note;
- if there's visible damage, refuse the package and have it clearly noted on the delivery note;
- always photograph the packaging and the product if any damage is found.
This delivery-day check isn't just a formality: damage that isn't reported at this stage can't be covered by the insurance afterwards.
